This comprehensive pool patio construction solution is designed to take the guesswork out of your outdoor renovation, providing a high-end poolside landscaping experience with clear, upfront parameters. By combining expert masonry with professional pool installation, we offer a streamlined pool patio package that ensures your new water feature and stone surroundings blend perfectly in both design and durability. Whether you are looking for a classic aesthetic or a modern oasis, our defined inclusions provide a transparent path to the ultimate Long Island backyard.

Specs:

In-ground Vinyl Pool Build
16’x32′ rectangle.
10″ thick poured concrete walls with rebar for added strength & support – Life-time warranty on wall structure.
Shallow end (3’10”) to deep-end (7′ depth).

*Water depth is approximately 4″ less than depth of pool

Vinyl Liner (New Pool Build)

Merlin 20 mil liner. Includes new gaskets for the skimmers, returns, lights, & main drains.
The skimmers & returns will also get new faceplates.
The main drains will also get new rings & covers.
If pool contains a sand bottom, the sand will be hand-troweled for a smooth finish.
At liner cut outs, liner lock will be added around the perimeter of the pool to ensure the liner is properly secured into the track.
Foam padding will be added to wherever the liner meets concrete.

Pool Permit Application

Includes any fees for the permit up to $750.00, the engineer plans for the pool, & the engineer letter for the concrete wall construction.
